Windows 10 – The Computer Starts on the Second Attempt

For about a year, my computer in the morning would start like this: I pressed the power button, it booted up, went through the BIOS, and then shut down during system loading. I just shrugged it off and continued starting it this way 🙂 Finally, it was time to solve the problem…

The issue could suggest a faulty power supply or another component, but not in this case. The problem lies with Windows 10.

Solution:

To fix the problem, simply go to the Control Panel and select Power Options:

Then, from the left-hand panel, select “Choose what the power buttons do”:

At the top, click on

and uncheck the option

.

Problem solved!
